Charlotte, NC; November 30, 2009 — DecisionPoint International, a global leader in M&A advisory services for middle-market technology companies, announced today that its client, National Diagnostics, Inc. (“NDI” or “Company”) has been acquired by HireRight, Inc. (“HireRight”). HireRight, an Altegrity company, is a leader in on-demand employment background and drug screening and NDI is a full-service provider of drug testing and physical exam services that has served U.S. and global employers of all sizes for almost 20 years.
