Charlotte, NC; November 30, 2012 — DecisionPoint, a leader in M&A advisory services for middle-market technology companies, announced today that its client, Analytic Vision, a full-service business intelligence and enterprise performance management consulting firm focused on Oracle solutions, has been acquired by Golden Gate Capital (“Golden Gate”), a San Francisco-based private equity investment firm with approximately $12 billion of capital under management.

 

Analytic Vision will continue to operate independently but will work closely with Golden Gate’s other portfolio companies, CedarCrestone, Sierra Systems, and Io Consulting. The combined market coverage, industry depth and breadth of capabilities from the family of Golden Gate companies will allow Analytic Vision to compete on a much larger stage.
