Charlotte, NC; September 27, 2012 — DecisionPoint, a leader in M&A advisory services for middle-market technology companies, announced today that its client Mentora Group (“Mentora”), a provider of managed hosting, managed services and application performance testing with locations in Atlanta, Northern Virginia, Dallas and Boston, has been acquired by Forsythe Technology (“Forsythe”), an information technology (IT) infrastructure integrator. This acquisition helps Forsythe expand its managed and professional services business and is Forsythe’s ninth major acquisition in the last 11 years.
