Charlotte, NC; April 28, 2006 - DecisionPoint International (“DecisionPoint”), a boutique investment bank providing merger and acquisition services to middle-market services and technology clients, announced today that its client, Visionary Integration Professionals (“VIP”), a national management consulting, technology services, and outsourcing company, has acquired Core Integration Partners Inc., a full service consulting firm specializing in Business Intelligence including data warehousing, information integration, ETL and reporting tools.
VIP, headquartered in Folsom, CA, is a local success story in its 10th year of business since its founding in 1996. Core Integration Partners, headquartered in Denver, Colorado, is a complete provider of data integration services and training and will bring VIP expanded capabilities, strengthened partner relationships with BI/DW product vendors, and stronger presence in the Bay Area, Colorado, and Dallas.

Although terms of the deal were not disclosed, with Core’s current revenue of $12M and staff totaling 50+, this acquisition will bring VIP’s 2006 projected results to nearly $60M and a staff base of 300.
