“Tom was a trusted advisor throughout the entire process, even to the point of assisting and advising our attorneys and investors. As we got into negotiations, deal structures, valuation considerations, compensation discussions, etc. Tom’s operational knowledge and advice was beyond valuable and was the key factor to the success and closing of the deal.”
